Around the Clubhouse
Welcome to your place for all the light-hearted golf content you need.  We will be going around the clubhouse, reacting to many of the viral golf moments of the past week.  From pro golf to your horrific swing, if it makes you laugh, then it may show up. This week we look at some of the good and the ugly from the 2023 Wyndham Championship.  Grab your beer, and let's get into it.
Wyndham Buzzer Beaters
Buzzer beaters are one of my favorite moments in sports. Â There's nothing better than ending it with a bang. Â Golf is a sport where buzzer beaters don't really exist, but a hole out on 18 is pretty damn close!
Taylor Moore ended his round with an unreal hole out for eagle—beer's on Taylor tonight.
Blue-gloved Detry also finished in exciting fashion ending his third round with a chip-in. Â That's one way to give you confidence heading into Sunday.
Worst Golf Swings
Last week we compared Daniel Gale's swing to Charles Barkley's, but this week we have an even better one. Â The body movements are just sensational... I'm so curious how this even comes to be your swing like who thinks of trying to swing like that?
She mashed it though, dead straight! Â Swing your swing. Â Whatever it takes to get it done, I guess.
Putting with the toe
Wesley Bryan hits one of the most strange putts you will see... oh and he drills it. Â With the toe of the putter and aimed in the entirely wrong direction, Wesley just tapped it. Â What a read! Â The caddy deserves lots of love on this one.
Ben Taylor reverse swing
Just for reference, there is a stone wall that is cut out of the video, making it so Ben couldn't swing normally. Â With that being said, this was maybe not the greatest of ideas. Â Another reason to carry a left-handed club!
who likes laying up
This is the perfect, "there's a two-foot gap there that I absolutely can hit" moment. Â I can't hit a 35-foot wide fairway, but when there is a gap between 5 trees, my confidence is sky-high. Â That said, the result is never as good as what occurs here.
Broken Windshield
Oh no. No no no. Â He doesn't seem to be parked that close to the course. Â If you hit that ball are you leaving a note or just running and never turning back? Â At least he got a free ball in return for his back windshield.
