Sunday Save Your A$$ Parlay: 2023 Travelers Championship
What’s up, Golf Addicts?
Vince “Money” Marg here this week to dive into some final day bets that can potentially close the week out positive for us. The first three days of the Traveler’s Championship have been wild. The birdies are there for the taking in Connecticut this week and these guys are foaming from the mouth. The conditions coming into the final day look promising for some low scoring, and we could see someone card a 59 after a few close calls this week. This is our last designated event of the season (playoffs aside), so let’s take advantage of the favorable conditions and cash something.
Keegs and the Gang!
Keegan Bradley has been nothing short of spectacular during the first three days. The native New Englander leads the pack at 21-under and his putter has been lights out.
Course horses, Chez Reavie and Patrick Cantlay are sitting in second and third place with the best chances of catching Keegan. There are a few guys I’m looking at to post low numbers on Sunday. This week I’m targeting guys who make birdies, have shown they can go low on this course, and are going to keep the ball in play off the tee.

Finishing Position Picks to Parlay
Top 5: Scottie Scheffler (+130 DraftKings)
Scottie is always in the hunt. It’s amazing what he’s doing this season and even more amazing he only has two wins. On the week he is 4th in Strokes Gained: Approach, 3rd Tee-to-Green, and he's gaining strokes on the field with the putter. I haven’t been given a reason this year to believe that Scottie won’t be at the top of the leaderboard on Sunday so I am firing him up to take a top-5 on the week and keep the momentum going.
Top 10: Hidkei Matsuyama (+225 DraftKings)
Hideki has been a ball-striking machine this week at TPC River Highlands. He currently sits in 15th place and two strokes out of the top-10 finishing position. This week, he is top 5 in Approach, Greens in Regulation, to go along with ball-striking. I like Hideki’s irons to stay hot on Sunday and his putter to catch fire to skyrocket him up the leaderboard.
Top 20: Rory Mcllroy (-450 DraftKings)
Rory has been a bit off with the driver this week and we saw some errant tee shots on Saturday, but he’s playing a bit more free lately and he’s close to a win. We’ve already seen Rory fire a 64 this week and he’s leading the field in driving distance and is top 10 in Birdies gained. If Rory can keep the driver in the fairway on Sunday, he can go very low and push a top-5 finish. We’re only asking Rory to finish top 20 so I’m confident he breaks through this Sunday slump he’s on and builds momentum for the trip across the pond in a few weeks.
The Travelers Sunday Parlay: +813 on DraftKings
I’m looking forward to fireworks coming a week early at the final round of the Travelers. With all this scoring, you better believe I’m going to be hitting up the prop market and also the matchup market for round 4. For our Sunday Sweat, we will be leaning on three Major Champions and future golf Hall of Famers to cash a big payday. GET YOUR PICKS IN ON DRAFTKINGS SOON TO GET THE BEST ODDS FOR THE SUNDAY PARLAY.
